Are there fees?
We do have a fee structure that starts at $50 per person. Additional fees will be discussed during the planning process.
Will my vacation cost more if I use a travel agency?
No, although we do charge a nominal fee for airline ticketing, vendors still pay travel agency commissions and we often have special amenities added to the booking for the same price as you would find going directly to the vendor.
What are your hours?
We have a flexible schedule and work daily on projects, as needed.
What happens if my flight is cancelled or I have an emergency during my trip?
Flight cancellations are out of our control, and usually must be handled directly by the airlines. However, we can often be a resource in rebooking flights rather than having you stand in a long line! Travel Insurance is always recommended for the unexpected travel event.
Are you taking on new clients?
Yes, we are looking for a good fit for both our clients and our agency. A referral is always helpful!
Do you have an office?
We meet in person by appointment only. We have a small office downtown, or we can arrange to meet in another location that is convenient.
